I need to recognize what this business owner has done with this dealership. I owned two Hondas (Ody and Accord) and for regular maintenance, these guys are reasonably priced, honest, and deliver a pleasant service experience. We were shopping for a new SUV recently but chose the Toyota Vena over the Honda CRV. Now faced with having to take my car to the local Toyota Dealership it is only now that I realize how good I had it a Folsom Lake Honda. Now dealing with the nightmare known as the Sacramento Region Toyota dealership experience do I concede a tip of the hat to the Owner of Folsom Lake Honda. I now wish I could bring my Toyota to Folsom Lake Honda for my regular maintenance.

I recently purchased a 2025 Honda CRV-EX from Folsom Lake Honda. Mr. Thomas Diefendorf was the sales guy who assisted me with the car. He's nice, kind, friendly, respectful, helpful and patient. He doesn't rush me at any point of time, which I really appreciate it. I had a positive experience with the service.
